Standard (Ground) Delivery
In stock items should arrive in approximately 3-5 business days after shipping.
 
Two-Day Delivery
Additional cost per shipment. Your order should arrive 2 business days after shipping if ordered by noon EST. A signature is required.
 
Next-Day Delivery
Additional cost per shipment. Your order should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by noon EST. A signature is required.
 
International Shipping
A delivery charge will be quoted at the time of order, subject to change at time of shipping for orders shipping to a foreign country. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
 
Shipments to PR, VI, AK, HI
Your order will be shipped air. Add $16 per shipment to standard S&P.
 
Sales Tax
Sales tax is applicable to all orders shipped to addresses in New York. New York laws require that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of the order. Charges for shipping & handling are considered part of the product, by law these charges must be included when sales tax is calculated.

Gift Packaging
We do not yet offer gift packaging on our products, but hope to have gift packaging available soon.
You can, nevertheless, include a gift card with your orders.

Return Policy
Should you be less than fully satisfied with your purchase, Belle Fleur does not provide refunds but will gladly exchange any product.

Returns will be accepted within 10 days from date of receipt. For an exchange, please call us at 212.254.8703 and provide us with your order number and date of purchase. Additional shipping charges may apply.
IMPORTANT: if you burn your candle(s) we will not be able to accept your return and additional shipping will apply to return the unsellable item to you. Additionally, all products must be returned in pristine condition in their original packaging. Once we receive your package, we will exchange your product for the of the same or greater value. PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping charges on exchanged items.

For your protection, we suggest sending the item via UPS, USPS or FedEX, insured with return receipt requested. Ship to Belle Fleur Home, 134 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10011. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
